We are not in the business of buying and selling our customer's information. That shit is wack.
We use Braintree (a PayPal service) to process payments, and Printful for order processing and fulfillment. Your name, address, and payment information never touch our servers, but go directly to Braintree for processing. Your name, address, and a partial credit card number (which can be used for verification but not for future transactions, other than refunds) are accessible by us through the Braintree web application. Your name and address are also sent to Printful in order for them to process and fulfill your order. Your information is stored indefinitely with both of those services, and is accessible by us. We do not sell or share or do anything else with your personal information.
Our payment processor, Braintree (a PayPal service) places a cookie on your computer in order to assist with payment processing.
When adding an item to your cart, our website uses "localStorage", a feature offered by your web browser that allows our website to save some text for future reference in your browser. Our website stores a list of the items to your cart in order to make buying stuff faster. No personal information is stored in localStorage, and the contents of localStorage are only sent to our servers if you place an order.
You can return any product for any reason for a full refund, as long as you request the refund within 30 days of receiving the order. You will be required to ship the item to us (our return shipping address will be provided once the refund has been approved) and you will receive a full refund once the item has been received. If you want to cancel or modify an order, email us as soon as possible, as cancellations and modifications are not always possible. If we are unable to cancel your order, you still have 30 days from receiving the product to request a refund.
You may exchange any item or items as long as you request the exchange within 30 days of receiving the order and pay the difference if the new item is more expensive than the first item. Send us an email to request an exchange.
If you don't get your stuff within 14 business days, tell us so we can look into it. If we determine that the order has been lost in transit we will ship you a new product at no additional cost to you. Tell us if you lost it.
